• Write well designed, testable and efficient code
• Articulate basic technical challenges to clients and lead the communication for resolution

• Ask for input or help in a timely manner without work being blocked or postponed
• Effectively communicate basic technical challenges to project leads and clients
• Should be proactive in learning from more senior colleagues
